Customer service was amazing!! I asked if I could split the invoice into two payments and they organized it for me straight away. I ordered the kimchi fridge from Melbourne, Australia for my mom is Texas.
My mom loves the fridge. She was so excited and she sent me pictures of how she's already made like 6 containers of kimchi.

First of all, I'm satisfied with delivery. It was delivered later than expected date, I had to postpone the delivery because of my schedule. The gentlemen who delivered the item was professional, made sure everything was good before they left. It is kind of bulkier than I expected. The color is beautiful. I only used for couple of days now, but I love it so far!
