Love our Dimchae! Delivery was sub par. Wouldn’t meet our timeline so son had to be there…. Setup and removal of packaging was not done told son that we had to keep everything in case of return. We paid extra to have setup and debris removed.

Great refrigerator and great customer service
I bought the Maman a few months ago to make more kimchi for my parents during the pandemic. Dimchae already makes the best kimchi refrigerators but I was really impressed with the customer service. I had tons of questions before ordering and after I received the refrigerator. Each person I spoke to was very helpful and patient each time. So far the family is loving it - especially the overnight kimchi mode - and look forward to many years with this refrigerator. Also love the way it looks. Recommend.
