Excellent customer service! We love the new kimchi refrigerator. It was really helpful receiving an early email telling us that a 20 amp circuit was required. This information gave us time to install a new circuit prior to delivery. Also, during delivery the owners/operator's manual was inadvertently discarded. Your team quickly sent us a replacement at no cost.

The best thing is updating about delivery time . The delivery men were very kind. The service was great and the item manufactured on October 2024, latest one. I’m very happy with it. This is my 3rd dimchae.

The unit is beautifully constructed and has been painted flawlessly. I cannot hear it running unless I put my ear up to it. It is silent and beautiful.

Overall product appears to be as expecred. The only down side was the delivery process. The product didn't get delivered until the following week. We understand that things happen, especially around the holiday, but delivery schedule/reschedule process could have been better as customers were expecting prompt delivery.
