As expected, the kimchi refrigerator is dimchae. I don't need any other explanation.

Jenny at Dimchae Customer Service is 100/10. Above and beyond. Only reason why I waited so long even though the 3rd party logistics company is the worst delivery company I’ve ever delivered to my house.

This is a replacement kimchi frig for previous dimchae kimchi frig. Wife has to have dimchae frig and the drawers really do keep fruits and vegetables longer.

The first delivery was damaged. Due to a very quick response a replacement was received within a week. Great support. I appreciate everybody’s handling of the problem.
