Great delivery and works as it should. Time will tell if it was a good purchase. Concerned about not finding mention of warranty on the web site but made a purchase anyhow, based on a family recommendation.

I am impressed with the quality of the product. The delivery team and user manuals were also impressive. I would definitely buy again.

It's a perfect size for a household with 3. We make kimchi quite often but not a lot. We don't need a huge size dimchae but still needs a decent size one. We use half for kimchi and another half for fruits and vegetables. We love it.

I wish dimchae shows temperatures each selection.

Dimchae’s customer service was great, but the delivery company was awful and need great improvement. They were supposed to deliver on a certain day and time, but the delivery window came and went and no delivery and no contact with updates. I had to call the delivery company and was told that the delivery people had delivered their maximum delivery for the day. They were supposed the call me back, but did not. Dimchae followed up with an email apologizing for the no delivery and they informed me of the new date and time. Then the delivery people changed the date and time again. To say the least, the delivery company will get negative stars from me.

We are very pleased with our decision to purchase a kimchi refrigerator, especially getting the Dimchae. We use one side for kimchi, the other for vegetables. This complements our kitchen refrigerator extremely well. The Dimchae keeps the temperature regulated and the food maintains freshness for extended periods. I just prepared a large amount of kimchi before the purchase. Once our supply runs down, I plan to try the fermentation function. I am looking forward to see how it performs.

Delivery was horrible everything else was great

I was wondered that the Dimchae made by 120V or 220V because I used it in Korea. So I prepared a transfer for 220V to 120V. If you show the power volt, many people don't need to prepare the transfer. Thank you.

Manual is little difficult to understand.. I still not sure got it or not but it's working so guessing it is. But would be better if detail example what to push ..when it fleshing then how to, what to pushing for settling or not .. couldn't understand. Maybe just me though need to be clear. Thank you for your time.

Delivery was early and smooth. The gentleman that delivered the fridge was very knowledgeable and taught me everything I needed to know about my new dimchae kimchee fridge. Very happy with the product. Seems to be running great and keeps my kimchee fresh

My wife is very happy with her Kimchee refrigerator and Iam happy to no longer have Kimchee in our household refrigerator lol

This Kimchi refrigerator (Dimchae) is spacious, easy to use, and well-equipped with various sizes of containers. I'd highly recommend this product to anyone who not only wants to enjoy tasteful kimchi but also wants to utilize extra refrigerator space for vegetables, fruits, etc. Overall great product!
